BARRY G. EDWARDS was admitted to the California Bar in
1986. He earned his B.S. degree in Business Administration in 1983 from
Indiana University, where he was a member of Beta Alpha Psi, and his J.D.
in 1986 from Loyola Law School. Mr. Edwards was a staff accountant, tax
division, with both Price Waterhouse and Arthur Andersen. He is a member
of the Beverly Hills, Century City and Los Angeles County Bar Associations
and the State Bar of California. His practice emphasizes business and
real estate transactions and tax matters.
