SIDNEY A. HAMBURG was admitted to the California Bar in
1977, U.S. District Court, Central District of California in 1978 and
U.S. Court of Appeals, 9th Circuit in 1978. He attended the University
of California at Los Angeles and received his J.D. in 1977 at the University
of San Fernando Valley College of Law where he was a member of the Law
Review Editorial Staff. He is a member of the Los Angeles County and Century
City Bar Associations, the State Bar of California, and the California
Receivers Forum. He is a licensed California real estate broker. Mr. Hamburg
is a state court approved receiver and has served in that capacity in
connection with the management of real estate and the operation and dissolution
of business ventures. Mr. Hamburg's practice is primarily in the field
of real estate and business transactions.
