HEIDI S. HART was admitted to the California State Bar in 1986 after graduating cum laude from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. Since that time, her practice has emphasized construction industry transactions and business litigation with a view towards the early identification and resolution of disputes. Ms. Hart is admitted to practice before all California state courts as well as the U.S. District Court, Central District of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Hart graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles, magna cum laude and with Phi Beta Kappa honors in 1983 with a B.A. in Psychology.
