MARK J. LINDER received his Bachelor of Science degree
in Marketing from San Diego State University in 1976, graduating with
high honors. Mr. Linder received his J.D. from the University of Southern
California in 1979, graduating with honors. In law school, Mr. Linder
received the American Jurisprudence Award. In 1979, Mr. Linder was admitted
to the California Bar. Mr. Linder’s practice emphasizes real estate
transactions and all forms of business and real estate litigation, including
appellate matters in both State and Federal Court. Mr. Linder is admitted
as a member of the Central and Northern Districts of California and
the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Linder is also a member of the
Los Angeles County Bar Association.
